Keystone HELP® Energy Efficiency Loan & Rebate Program 

• A Special Program for Pennsylvania Homeowners to Finance Energy Saving Home Improvements! Keystone HELP^® principally supported by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Pennsylvania Treasury Department &  the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency now has lower rates, expanded programs and NEW REBATES as a result of the Commonwealth's Alternative Energy Investment Fund Act (Act 1). 
• Keystone Help^® is administered by AFC First Financial Corp., a Pennsylvania energy efficiency lender. The Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (HELP^®), available to consumers only for work performed by Approved Contractor/Dealers, is fast and simple, preferred rate financing with special low rates for ENERGY STAR^®  www.energystar.gov and other qualifying improvements exclusively for Pennsylvania homeowners.
• All Pennsylvania homeowners who are making qualifying improvements to their primary residence are eligible.
• Good credit and the ability to repay are required, however all income levels are eligible.
• Please note that a household may receive only one Keystone Help^® loan or one Keystone Help^® rebate each fiscal year, which is defined as the period from July 1 until the following June 30.

What Improvements Can Be Financed?

The Keystone HELP program is for ENERGY STAR^®  rated and other high efficiency and renewable energy improvements. All work can be financed if at least 65% of the project is comprised of ENERGY STAR^®  rated Electric, Gas and Oil (84% AFUE) Heating and Air Conditioning Systems and related work! We carry a complete line of ENERGY STAR^® rated gas & Oil heating units & Air Conditioning Systems that qualify under the Keystone HELP program guidelines!

• Keystone HELP will have a decision on your application, generally in 24 hours or less and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
• Get an estimate for qualifying improvements from M & M Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
• Complete the Keystone HELP Retail Installment Agreement provided to you by your Approved Contractor (M & M Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.)
• Keystone HELP will dispurse your loan directly to us when the work is done to your satisfaction Custom
