Service Technician

Summary of Desired Qualifications and abilities:

Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning repairs, service, and installation.

Knowledge of residential and light commerical heating and air conditioning systems.  Plumbing knowledge and experience required.

Ability to:

• Work in all types of weather conditions;
• To complete jobs/projects as assigned;
• To troubleshoot and solve problems; 
• To cooperate with other team members to achieve the purposes of the Company; 
• To communicate effectively and work with peers and supervisors
• To work independently, when required; and
• To perform all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and/or owners.

Minimum of 3 years heating and air conditioning experience; Broad hands-on experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry or masonry preferred; EPA Certified; College or Vocational/Trade school graduate preferred; High School Graduate.

Position requires evening and weekend hours as well as being "on-call".

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: Based on Experience

Summary of Benefits after 90 day probationary period: medical/dental/vision, retirement, uniform service and expense, and bonuses based on performance.
